Why These Terms Are Worth Reading

We write our terms to be read, not filed. Each clause reflects a real operational decision we made about how Pakistani accounts work, how funds move, and what we do when something...

Plain-Language Drafting

Each clause is written to be understood on a single read. We avoid legal boilerplate where plain English achieves the same result, so you know what you are agreeing to before you confirm.

Regular Policy Reviews

Our legal team reviews every section when regulations change or when we add a new payment rail. The published date at the top of each document shows when it was last revised.

Pakistan-Specific Clauses

Sections covering JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, and Raast transactions are written specifically for Pakistani account holders, not adapted from a generic international template.

Dispute Resolution Path

We publish a step-by-step process for raising a formal complaint — from first contact through escalation — so you always know where your case stands and what happens next.

Account Security Standards

Our security terms describe the technical controls on your account: two-factor authentication requirements, session timeout rules, and what we do if we detect unusual login activity.

Separation of Funds

Our terms confirm that your account balance is held separately from operational funds. This is an operational commitment, not just a policy phrase, and it applies to all Pakistani accounts.

POLICY CONSISTENCY CHECK

How Our Terms Compare Across Pages

Each policy document on 33dcom covers a distinct area, but they are written to be consistent with one another. The table below shows how this legal page aligns with our sibling policy...

01

Account Terms vs Privacy Notice

Account terms govern what you can do with your 33dcom account. The privacy notice covers what data we hold and why — they reference each other but each stands alone.

02

Withdrawal Rules vs Deposit Terms

Deposit terms cover how funds arrive via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast. Withdrawal rules cover what happens when you take funds out, including verification steps.

03

Platform Rules vs Sportsbook Terms

Platform rules apply to your whole account. Sportsbook-specific terms sit under them and apply only when you place a market — they inherit the platform rules rather than replace them.

04

Security Policy vs Account Terms

Account terms state what you must do to keep your account secure. The security policy explains what 33dcom does on its side — session controls, login monitoring, and incident response.

05

Cookie Policy vs Privacy Notice

The privacy notice covers personal data we process. The cookie policy sits underneath it and explains exactly which cookies are set, what each one does, and how to manage them.

06

Fair-Use Policy vs Platform Rules

Platform rules set the general framework. The fair-use policy gives specific limits on automated access, bulk account activity, and API usage that fall within the broader platform rules.

07

Updates Policy vs All Documents

When we revise any document, the updates policy explains how we notify you, how long you have to review changes, and what continued account use means for your acceptance of them.

Common Questions About Our Terms

The version published on this page on the date you opened your account governs your original agreement. If we update the terms, we notify you before the new version takes effect, and continued use of the account constitutes acceptance.

The core account terms apply equally to all payment methods. Each rail — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast — has its own supplementary transaction conditions that sit within the main terms and cover timing, limits, and verification steps specific to that rail.

Access is restricted to supported regions where local law permits. If you connect from an unsupported location, your session may be suspended and your account reviewed. We will notify you by email if any action is taken on your account as a result.

Send your complaint to the compliance inbox listed in the Help Centre. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve within five. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, our terms set out the escalation path available to Pakistani account holders.

We can update the terms when our operational or legal obligations change. We give advance notice before material changes take effect. If you disagree with a revision, you may close your account before the new terms become active — continued use means acceptance.

Your balance is held in a separate ledger, apart from our operating funds. This applies to all Pakistani accounts regardless of whether the deposit was made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast, and is reflected in the account terms under the funds section.

Email the compliance inbox with the approximate date you need. We maintain a full version archive and will send the relevant document within two business days so you can compare it against the terms that were in force when a specific account decision was made.
